Joe Biden has ‘em.* What else can explain Obama picking and sticking with Biden as his V.P.? Biden is on tape saying Obama is not qualified, and that Biden would be honored to run with John McCain. Biden has said Obama would have been better off picking Hillary. Biden said about Obama: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”
Obama ran an ad mocking McCain’s inability to use a computer or send e-mails. Biden says it was a “terrible” ad and he would not have authorized it being aired.
When Biden ran unsuccessfully for the Democrat nomination both times, he never garnered more than 5% or so of the votes. He comes from a state that is safely in Obama camp. He is just as liberal as Obama so he won’t attract the more conservative Democrats and moderates to vote for Obama.
And Hillary received almost as many votes and delegates as Obama during the primaries. Obama ticked off many of her supporters. The best way to get them all back into the fold would have been to pick Hillary as his nominee. But he didn’t. And I know why. We all thought Hillary had the tape during the primaries, and that she would spring it on him at the opportune moment. Now we know Biden has the tape. Why else did Obama select him, unless Obama is just stupid.

Hehe…you might be onto something. The Biden pick is hard to figure out, especially when with each passing day he sticks his foot in his mouth.
I don’t know if such a tape exists, but would anyone truly honestly be surprised, given Michelle O’s previous comments, if it did and she did say those things? Remember, they sat in Jeremiah’s Wright’s church for years listening to similar things…
I wouldn’t be surprised if she did say something of the sort, however I think this kind of speculation runs along the same lines as the smears the left has brought against Palin. No real proof and too much speculation.

The Biden pick is becoming stranger and stranger.
I forgot to say. It’s almost like he is running for president rather than VP. There just seems to be no unity.
Cobalt6 has a comment today furthering along unfounded supposed rumors that Sarah Palin is a racist and has already said she won’t have blacks in her administration. That is one reason for my comment. I have no problem lowering myself to their level.
I think Obama would have chosen Hillary, but she was so nasty and mean to him during the primary. Also, it’s possible that both Hillary and Bill would have run over him, had he chosen Hillary. This is just my speculation.
Then there is the speculation among others that she would have had him assassinated so that she could be president. Others have quoted her as saying that she didn’t want to be VP, she wanted to be president or nothing and that she told Obama that if he did vet her, he’d better chose her. She didn’t want to be vetted and not chosen.
I kind of wish he had chosen her now. She would know how to get the economy on track and she would have taken the wind out of McCain’s Palin pick.
I’m not sure how Biden will work out, but I still think Biden would make a better president than Palin, should he need to step in.
I have also heard that Obama thinks there are typical white people and attended a racist church with a racist value system. Oh, when will the rumors stop.
