Russians were told over breakfast yesterday what really happened in Georgia: the conflict in South Ossetia was part of a plot by Dick Cheney, the Vice-President, to stop Barack Obama being elected president of the United States.
That’s right it’s Dick Cheney’s fault that Russia flew fighter jets into Georgian airspace and it’s also his fault that Russia sent forces into Georgia.
When Cheney speaks, Russia listens.

Sooooo…I guess there was a run on tin foil hats recently? Sadly, I wouldn’t be surprised if much of the Left here thinks the same thing.
I’m thinking that if Cheney is so powerful or persuasive or has that much machismo that he can control what the leaders of other countries do, then he should be our president.
